Bond proceeds are used to build and improve roads, and other critical public facilities, as well as to refinance existing debt to reduce interest costs and support essential City services. As the City’s chief financial officer, the Comptroller is responsible for maintaining the City’s fiscal stability and promoting transparency for public investors.

The City will make official statements available in advance of any bond offering, and investors are encouraged to review all applicable materials to make informed investment decisions.
